The answer depends on how old you are. If you’re younger than 21 you can get taller by eating better, sleeping more and doing excercise.
However, if you’re older then it’s a bit more complicated and it might not be possible to get taller at all.
First, you can cheat a little. Try using shoes that make you look taller, some stretching may help, too. Or try this program. Some people claim they gained a few inches so it’s worth checking it out.
Now, if you’re between 12 and 20 try this:
- Get enough sleep. Production of Growth Hormone is highest during our sleep. Ever woke up and noticed you got taller overnight? So, don’t party too much nor too late!
- Don’t eat sugar 2 hours before bed time. If you’re hungry get some protein instead.
- Make sure to eat a diet rich in protein and calcium. Eat eggs, meat, and have a glass of milk each day, too.
- Do some push-ups, run up the stairs or do up-hill sprints. That’ll increase production of growth hormone.
